1. The Zoomta service
Zoomta provides tools for creating storefronts, publishing products, managing inventory and processing store orders. Features may evolve, and unbuilt integrations are not represented as active services.
2. Accounts and stores
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account. Store URLs must not impersonate others, violate rights or use reserved platform routes.
3. Store-owner responsibilities
Each store owner is responsible for product accuracy, pricing, stock, customer support, delivery, returns, applicable taxes and compliance with consumer and ecommerce laws. Zoomta does not become the seller merely by hosting a storefront.
4. Orders and payments
The current storefront supports Cash on Delivery. An order record is not proof that money was collected. Store owners must update operational and payment records accurately.
5. Content and acceptable use
You must own or have permission to publish your logos, images, descriptions and policies. Illegal, deceptive, harmful or infringing content is prohibited. Zoomta may suspend stores where necessary to protect users or the platform.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to reasonable operational limitations. To the extent permitted by law, Zoomta is not responsible for store-owner products, fulfillment promises or indirect losses arising from use of a storefront.
7. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for security risks, prohibited conduct or material violations. Owners remain responsible for handling outstanding customer obligations.
